1. I just purchased some Kolorkode files when will they be delivered?


Kolorkode Orders within Australia can be expected approximately 1-4 working days after the order is dispatched. Orders usually leave the warehouse within 1-4 Working Days.

In most cases, delivery can be expected the day after dispatch.  For larger items delivery may be via normal Australia Post mail due to size restrictions on Australia Post E-Parcel Express Service.

Deliveries to New Zealand can be expected 4-10 Working Days after order is received.

2. What’s with the price difference between my original Kolorkode order prices and the prices on the website

 

This is because of the easier nature of processing orders online and being able to pay for it straight away. We are offering 5% off all Kolorkode orders when purchasing online.

 

3. I just purchased some of your Home & Garage range when will it be delivered?

 

Your shipment will be delivered by Star Track Express for shipments between 3kg and 20kg. Please allow up to 15 working days for delivery. All carriers require the goods to be signed for upon delivery. If a signature cannot be obtained at the time of delivery, Star Track Express will leave a card informing you that you have missed your delivery and will do a second delivery the following day. Parcels will be held by each of the delivery services for their maximum hold time. If the second delivery by Star Track Express is unsuccessful in obtaining a proof of delivery a further freight charge may apply. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.

 

4. Why so many different divisions in the company?


Castledex as a business has always been concerned with the principal of saving time. Originally founded through the creation of the Kolorkode filing system, now a standard in filing and organization, it has now begun to expand its services into the other divisions while still retaining its core focus on saving time. Our workstations are chosen to help with productivity and saving space and time in the office environment. The home and garage storage division has product line specifically designed to increase the utilization of your space and decrease the time taken to find your belongings.

 

5. What are some of the services you offer to go along with the divisions or products?


Commercial Interiors – Our consultants will help every step of the way with refurbishments, fitouts, style decisions, customization etc. While our installation team will be on hand for any questions or queries.

 

Office Storage – We have over 40 years experience in providing office storage from tambours to compactuses we offer customized solution depending on your space and requirements. Either from an on-site estimation or off plans.

 

Warehouse – Our warehouse storage experts can provide advice and installation of any of the range of warehouse products from cantilever racking to louvered panels.

 

Home & garage – Our Garage storage expert can you give you a free estimation on site or off the plans as well as provide you with advice on the product range. Then one of our install teams can install the product for you and guide you in its application.

 

Kolorkode – Our patended Kolorkode filing system coupled with our industry knowledge means we are able to provide you with a  solution that is guaranteed to save you space, time, money and do it in style.

 

6. Where does Castledex ship to and how?


Currently we ship to Australia only. We use a range of couriers depending on the lowest cost to you.

 

7. How do I change my account information?


Log in to your account by clicking on the My Account tab located in the top right hand corner of any page's navigation bar.

1. Enter your email address and password

2. Click on the "Continue" button

3. You will now be logged into your account

4. Click on the "Edit" button located next to section you wish to edit

5. Update your new information

6. Click on the "Make Changes" button

 

8. What if I forgot my password?

 

If you forget your password, we can email it to your account's email address. If you would like to do that now, please follow the instructions below:

1. Click on My Account located in the top navigation bar

2. Directly under the password field is a link that says "I forgot my password". You will be taken to the password screen, where you will be prompted to enter in your email address

3. Type your email address and click the "Get Your Password". We will send an email with a temporary password. For security purposes, your original password will be reset by our system

4. Go back to the Castledex homepage and continue to shop

5. When you're ready to proceed to check out, enter your email address and your new temporary password. You can change your temporary password by clicking on "edit" under My Account

To protect your security, Castledex will automatically delete any saved credit card information if your password is changed. Simply re-enter any credit card information you wish to store the next time you shop with us.

Please note: your password is case-sensitive.

 

9. What are your opening hours?


We are open Monday through Friday from 8.00am to 5.00pm WST.

 

10. Can I cancel my order?

 

You may cancel your order up until your order has begun being processed. Please contact our Customer Service Department phone or email. We will send an email confirming the order cancellation. 

 

11. What forms of payment do you accept?

 

We accept all major forms of Credit Card through the Westpac PayAWay system. We do not accept Cheques or COD.

 

12. Is it safe to use my credit card on this website?

 

Yes, shopping at Castledex is safe. Our site employs the latest version of Secure Socket Layer Technology (SSL) to encrypt your information and help make sure that only you and Castledex ever see it. In any instance where you suspect fraud, you need to immediately contact your credit card company, many of which now provide online guarantee.
